Questions, answered

Why do I pay ₹99 when I book?
It holds your pickup slot. The ₹99 is adjusted in your final bill, which we make after counting your clothes. Minimum order is ₹199.
How long does it take?
Laundry: 48 hours · Dry cleaning: 3 days · Steam ironing: 48 hours · Shoe cleaning: 4 days · Leather cleaning: 5 days · Carpet dry cleaning: 4 days · Curtain dry cleaning: 4 days. We deliver in the same time window you picked for pickup.
How do laundry plans work?
Pick wash & fold or wash & iron and tell us roughly how many clothes. We count exactly at your door and bill per cloth. Anything delicate goes under dry cleaning instead.

Yes: 20% off your first booking, on the whole bill. It's applied automatically and shown on your bill. One per customer (account or mobile number).
Can I cancel?
Yes. Until you pay the advance, cancel any time from your account. Once it's paid, message us on WhatsApp and we'll cancel and sort out the refund.
What if something is damaged?
Every bundle is counted and tagged at pickup. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, as our terms set out.
