Terms of service

Booking and payment

• You book a 2-hour pickup window and pay an advance of ₹99 online through Razorpay. The minimum order is ₹199.
• The price shown at booking is an estimate. After pickup we count your items and bill them at the rate-board prices that applied when you booked.
• The advance is adjusted against the final bill. You pay the balance by payment link, UPI or cash on delivery. If you have paid more than the bill, we refund the difference.

Pickup and delivery

• Laundry: delivered within 48 hours of pickup, in the same time window.
• Dry cleaning: delivered within 3 days of pickup, in the same time window.
• Steam ironing: delivered within 48 hours of pickup, in the same time window.
• Shoe cleaning: delivered within 4 days of pickup, in the same time window.
• Leather cleaning: delivered within 5 days of pickup, in the same time window.
• Carpet dry cleaning: delivered within 4 days of pickup, in the same time window.
• Curtain dry cleaning: delivered within 4 days of pickup, in the same time window.
• If a booking includes more than one service, the longest time applies to the whole order.
• Someone must be available at the address during the window. See our pickup & delivery policy.

Care, damage and loss

• We follow the care label. Please tell us about stains, delicate fabrics or loose embellishments at pickup.
• Report any damage or missing item within 24 hours of delivery. If we are responsible, our liability for an item is limited to [liability cap, e.g. 10× the service charge for that item: pending].
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets, colour bleeding from fabric that is not colourfast, or normal wear.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.
